We have a system that allows you to view your loved one without any special equipment other than an Internet connection and a web browser, you can see who comes to their door or other cameras can be set up around the home.
You can choose where around the house you would like the cameras sited.
The system is simple to use. It uses a web interface to view the latest live video images from the persons home. If a visitor or carer is due, you may want to watch live, the video is real time. You can change views to any of the cameras installed.
If required audio can also be added as an extra service.
If you feel you have missed a visit you can use the Carecamera log service (if you have added it to your package) to review up to the last 72 hours of images that are time date and location stamped.
The cameras can be placed almost anywhere within the house.
The service is completely secure and requires passwords to enter the site to use the facility.
System requirements
At the loved ones home a telephone line and power sockets are all that are needed. The telephone service will not be interrupted so if Careline or similar service is used it will continue to work. Because our system uses ADSL/Broadband, which frees up the phone line for conventional use.
At the viewers end you need your own PC or laptop with windows a browser (i.e. Microsoft Internet explorer) and a broadband connection. Please note: other browsers may not be fully compatible.
One camera
One camera @ £365.00 gives you the ability to securely login and view the video camera images 365 days a year and 24 hours a day from our website. You can the view images from anywhere in the world using your own computer and an internet connection. An extra camera @ £365.00 each (depending on broadband upload speed) may be purchased, with a two camera package you will also receive free: Sound and CareCamera log on one camera of your choice.
Audio
Audio @ 50p per week add sound to your Carecamera video images. Hear what's going on when the carer's arrive or anything else that's going on within range.
Carecamera log
Carecamera log @ £1.00 per week. This service allows you to have a log of events that happen in view of the camera when you are not watching. A person passing in front of a camera will trigger images to be recorded with the date time and location of the camera on the image. This service also allows the ability to save the Carecamera log images to your local computer.
